Our corrugated pallets can be a simple and inexpensive alternative to the wood pallets used in the siding industry or any other industry shipping similar sized products. Their light weight may offer potential freight savings and decreased product damage when stacking. The pallets are 100% recyclable, making them significantly easier and less expensive to dispose of than wood pallets.

STEP 1The product is first stacked onto the corrugated pallet. The size of the pallet should match the footprint of the product as closely as possible. The pallet is then lifted onto the conveyor that will take it into the stretch-wrapping machine. | ![]() |
STEP 2The unit is then stretch wrapped using a stretch wrap tunnel. This firmly secures the product to the pallet. The unit is now rigid enough to be handled normally. | ![]() |
STEP 3The units are then loaded onto a truck. In this photo, they are loaded onto a flatbed trailer from the side, but the 4-way access runners allow the units to be loaded into a dry van as well. | ![]() |
